DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Your package will be delivered within 2-10 business days after you place an order. We ship our packages with UPS and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a notice telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within ten (10) days of receipt. The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Online orders cannot be returned to any physical stores that may carry Fabrice Tardieu products.
For returns or exchanges, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization. You can simply send us an email at email@example.com. Then you may ship your package by arranging for pick-up from UPS or dropping the package at any UPS location.
Please Note: Always include your order number(s) when you make a return to us.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item that is in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 15 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Since we are not responsible for items sent to us, we recommend using a service that insures the value of your returned products or provides you with a proof of delivery.
